The brain for humanoid robots.
Our robotics work is focused on humanoid robots, with NyViA as their intelligence: the part that understands people, speaks and listens, knows the operator’s approved information, acts within limits and hands over to a person. We build that layer and work with hardware partners for the robots themselves.

Built on what she already does.
A robot that works beside people needs what a good assistant already has: it understands, it is honest about what it knows, it acts carefully, and it fetches a person.

Natural conversation
Voice in the person’s own language, the way NyViA already talks on the web and the phone.
Only approved knowledge
She answers from the operator’s approved information and says when she does not know.
Governed actions
Approval thresholds before anything with consequence, exactly as she works in business systems today.
Memory with consent
Opt-in, with retention limits, and deleted on request.
A person, always
She never blocks the way to a human being, and hands over with everything explained.
A full record, and a stop
An audit log of what was said and done, and a switch that stops her at once.
Where a humanoid could help first.
These are directions being explored with partners, not deployments.

Reception and concierge
Greeting, directing and answering questions in a lobby or at a counter.
Guided help in shops and venues
Finding things, explaining products and fetching a person when it matters.
Facility and site support
Routine questions and checks on a site, with every action logged.
Inspection and maintenance
With partner robots, reporting what they find into the systems people already use.
Principles first. Claims later.
We make no safety or performance claims about physical robots. These are the principles every deployment will be designed around.
- People oversee. A named person is responsible for every deployment.
- Approval before consequence. Any physical action that matters needs a person’s approval.
- A remote stop, always available.
- Everything logged. What was heard, said and done.
- Privacy by consent. Cameras and microphones covered by consent and POPIA.
- Regulation confirmed per deployment, before any work in the field.
A robot outlives today’s encryption.
Robots and connected devices stay in service for ten to twenty years, past the 2030 to 2035 deadlines for today’s public-key encryption.
QSafe Embedded designs secure boot, signed updates and device identity so the cryptography can be replaced when the standards require it, rather than the machine.
Post-quantum securityIn this order, and no faster.
Hardware partners
Robot makers whose machines NyViA can be the intelligence for.
Pilot partners
Operators with a specific place and a specific job a robot could do.
Paid pilots
Real work, measured, before anything is launched or sold.
Building robots, or need one to work?
Tell us what you have in mind. It goes to our team, not a mailing list, and nobody is added to marketing.
The honest answers.
No. Nothing on this page is for sale. Robotics is a future line, in research and partnership.
Not yet. NyViA runs today on websites, WhatsApp, apps, the phone and for staff. The capabilities on this page are the ones she already has on screens, and the work now is making them work in a machine.
Hardware partners. LENCOE builds the intelligence and the integration layer; we do not plan to build robot bodies.
No date is set. There will be hardware partners, then pilot partners, then paid pilots, before anything launches. We would rather say that than give you a date we cannot keep.
