Refund Policy

TRANSACTION_TERMS :: DIGITAL_GOODS

1. Nature of Services

LENCOE provides intangible, irrevocable digital goods (software subscriptions, AI access, and algorithmic trading signals). Therefore, we generally do not issue refunds after the subscription has been activated and the digital service has been accessed.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the LENCOE Portal settings.

  • Cancellation Effect: Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle.
  • Access: You will retain access to the platform and your active instances until the end of your current paid period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of LENCOE under the following circumstances:

  • If a technical error on our platform prevented you from accessing the service entirely for a period exceeding 48 hours.
  • If you were charged due to a billing error on our end.

Note: Refunds are not granted for trading losses. The user assumes all risk associated with the use of algorithmic trading software.

4. Double Charging

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same billing period, please contact support immediately with your transaction reference. Confirmed duplicate payments will be refunded immediately.

5. Contact for Billing Disputes

If you have any issues regarding billing, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, as we can often resolve the issue faster.
