An insurer, at 9pm
A customer messages on WhatsApp after a car accident. NyViA expresses care, collects the policy number, photos of the damage and the other driver’s details, and checks the policy status. She opens a claim in the claims system with the documents attached, explains what happens next without promising a payout, and flags the case as high priority for a person at 8am.
No call was needed, nothing was invented, and the person starts with a complete file.
An internet provider, a slow connection
A business customer says their internet is slow. NyViA reads the account, checks for known incidents and walks through three basic checks. When they fail, she opens a fault ticket with the results attached and the customer’s preferred contact time. Asked about changing plan, she reads the last invoice from a photo, compares it with usage and prepares a plan change for a consultant to confirm.
The fault ticket arrives complete, and the plan change arrives ready to approve.
A company that sells products and equipment
A buyer is choosing between several products. NyViA asks about their needs, reads a recent bill they upload, recommends from the catalogue with her reasons, and prepares a quote request with the details filled in. Later, if the product is connected, she explains a fault code, guides a reset and opens a service ticket with the device data attached.
Fewer unqualified quotes before the sale, and fewer repeat visits after it.
