NyViA is a product of LENCOE (Pty) Ltd, licensed to clients under a written agreement. Source code written specifically for your custom project transfers to you under the project agreement. Your content and data are yours either way.
Every project gets a fixed quote before any code is written. As a guide, a focused tool is R60k to R180k and usually 6 to 10 weeks; a full system R180k to R650k over 3 to 5 months; a platform R650k+, 6 months and up. You see working software in about three weeks.
